I. All products of the company are sold to users within the period of three guarantees and one year. During this period, all parts replacement caused by quality problems shall be undertaken by Qingdao Yifeng company, and all expenses for technical services shall be borne by our company. After one year, equipment parts replacement shall only be charged with cost, free of service charge, lifelong supply of parts and lifelong free service.

2. The company's service to users is divided into three parts, namely pre-sale, in sale and after-sale.

1. Pre sales service: after the buyer and the seller sign the purchase and sales contract, the supplier shall send professional engineers to the buyer to set and design the foundation, water, electricity, gas and road for the equipment installation in the production workshop, and assist the buyer in the preliminary work of equipment installation.

2. In sale service: when the supplier's equipment manufacturing is still 5 days away from the delivery date, the buyer shall be informed to send 2-3 professional technicians for training to the supplier's production workshop to practice, learn about the structure, assembly, maintenance, operation and product process formula and technology of relevant equipment, until the qualified products are produced by the supplier, the pre acceptance work is completed, and the products are shipped out of the factory.

3. After sales service: after the supplier's equipment arrives at the demander, the professional engineer shall be sent to the demander in time within three days for installation and debugging until the qualified products are produced. If the demander's process technology still needs help, the service personnel's working time can be extended through consultation, or the professional engineer can be sent continuously for quality and technical tracking until the operation is normal.

III. service time

When receiving the request of the demander to provide assistance for the equipment, the Demander shall send personnel to the production site within 24 hours in the province and 72 hours outside the province. After the work is completed, the Demander shall fill in the commissioning report and ask the service personnel to take it back.

IV. implement the service of the whole production process from equipment to products, and promise to keep pace with the "Haier" type service
